Quality structural design services involve providing the client the construction documents for a building that are not only compliant with the building code, but also provide an economical solution.

We have designed commercial, residential, educational and institutional structures.  These buildings have included building materials such as: structural steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, wood and timber, reinforced masonry and aerated-autoclaved concrete.  We have also designed geo-structures such as segmental retaining walls, soil nail walls and foundation underpinning system using helical and push piers.

Dickson-Schaefer, Ltd. has also prepared construction drawings for the repair and restoration of deteriorated structures.  Restoration projects have included deteriorated concrete parking structures, wood-framed buildings and masonry structures.
